ARCHITECTURE

Architectural Computer Graphics/3D Specialist:
Expanding A/E firm has an immediate opening for an architectural computer graphics/3D specialist. We are looking for a highly talented, creative, self-motivated, versatile and team oriented individual who possess the passion and knowledge of the growing field of graphics, 3D animation and BIM technology as it relates to the field of architecture. This position provides for growth both individually and within the company for someone with the desire and initiative.

Applicant must be an architectural school graduate by May 2008, highly knowledgeable in AutoCAD, 3D studio Viz, Adobe Photoshop and a desire to lead the firm into BIM technology. The position requires to construct computerized 3D models, production of building animations, development of multi-media products, coordination of 3D design/drafting and BIM technology and develop computer graphic images for project and marketing use.

Project Architect/Manager:
Expanding busy A/E firm is seeking ambitious Project Architect for management of projects from initial programming through construction administration. We are looking for a highly talented, self-motivated, detail and team oriented individual who has excellent communication skills with clients and team members. Must have client contact and project management experience and have the ability to supervise staff while demonstrating the ability to energize and motivate them. This position will allow for growth both individually and within the company for the self motivated person.

Applicant must be an Architectural School graduate with minimum five + years of experience and project management experience, be AutoCAD literate, posses an outgoing personality, have good communication skills and be highly motivated. Commitment to professionalism, quality, attention to detail and office/project teamwork is required.

ENGINEERING

Senior Project Manager, P.E.
Experience with water treatment, water modeling and master plans, water distribution (pipelines and pump stations), wastewater treatment plants, sewer collection system modeling. Responsible for design and management, mentoring less experienced engineers and designers, client contact, marketing and business development.

Project Engineer:
Expanding A/E firm has an immediate opening for an Engineer/Engineering Technician with a minimum of 5 years experience. This position will allow for growth both individually and within the company for the self-motivated person.

Applicant to have experience in Civil Engineering for residential and commercial developments. Engineering design experience to include roadways, utilities, grading, hydraulics, sedimentation and erosion control, storm water (SWPPP) and sewer systems.

Survey Technician:
