Keystone Associates, LLC is a multi-disciplined Architectural/Engineering/Surveying firm located in Binghamton, New York. Keystone Associates, LLC was established in 1993 and has provided professional services for a region encompassing New York and Pennsylvania. We have garnered a reputation for quality professional services on time and within the budget constraints of our clients.

The present staff at Keystone Associates, LLC is composed of over forty members, including Registered Architects, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and support personnel. The firm’s expertise is concentrated in several areas that blend all the professions attributed to Architectural, Civil, Structural, Environmental and Land Surveying.

Within the last twelve years Keystone Associates, LLC has acquired four (4) successful professional firms. These firms have over ninety years of experience. These acquisitions have expanded the firm’s expertise and ability to serve our clients with a broader scope of in-house services. Keystone Associates, LLC specializes in projects with unique requirements or intricate programs.

Located on the fourth floor of the historic Kelly building at 229-231 State Street, Binghamton, New York, Keystone Associates and our staff of 38 employees provide Architectural, Engineering, Surveying, and graphic services for most of the east coast of the United States.

Our creative problem-solving techniques have allowed us to design new structures and alter existing structures and sites of all sizes and complexities. We are awarded commissions requiring our expertise and architectural/engineering creativity. Because of the expectations and demands driven by our clients’ varied backgrounds, we have developed and nurtured a method to adapt ourselves to program requirements of any and all clients.

Keystone Associates, LLC will provide extensive professional services for your project, including building design and layout, site survey, civil, environmental, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, exterior and interior color design and coordination, exterior landscaping, and cost estimating. These services are split into phases that include programming, schematic design and design development, construction drawings and specifications, bidding, and contract administration during construction.

We have created a strong professional relationship with contractors in the locality that we work. Fairness and honesty with the contracting community have resulted in contractors bidding our projects very competitively, which results in cost savings to our clients. Because of this rapport we develop with the contracting community, our projects obtain the high quality of construction our firm expects.

Keystone Associates, LLC has been retained as Architects to renovate and repair the existing structure as per State Historic Preservation Office Guidelines.
